Keeping your end customer informed by SMS is now possible with the Faster application.


When the dispatcher has finished optimizing her day, she exports the solution by sending the tracking numbers by text message.





The end customer receives an SMS telling him the expected time of his visit as well as a web link with his tracking number.




By clicking on the link, the customer is redirected to a web page giving him the details of his visit. If the driver is late or early on the tour, the time shown on the link will be updated in real time.
