Fastercom is a Canadian company that produces transport optimization software. The company currently manages a continuous service for a clientele spread both in Canada and Europe. Fastercom helps associations, organizations and businesses to control their road transport. The software offered by Fastercom is part of a sustainable and economic development approach.

We put our expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the service of our customers by collaborating closely with universities and by developing partnerships that allow us to remain at the forefront of technology (Polytechnique Montréal).

Fastercom is recruiting for an internship or a job in the coordination of technological projects. You will participate in the implementation of computer applications such as TMS (Transport Management System) by carrying out several complementary missions such as:

  • Define, plan and monitor technological projects
  • Organize, coordinate and support the resources made available on these projects (internal and external teams, time, budget, etc.)
  • Act proactively on prioritizations and ensure proper execution
  • Act as an ambassador to ensure a high level of motivation and involvement on projects
  • Interact transversely (IT, commercial, product, communication, etc.) at all levels of the organization (operational, general management) to ensure the achievement of objectives and compliance with deadlines
  • Evolve quickly in a stimulating environment opening up numerous perspectives and allowing you to meet industrial players from various sectors on several continents

Location and duration

  • Montreal
  • Internship: 4 months (minimum)
  • Employment: indefinite period

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management or equivalent (graduate or in training)
  • Interest in entrepreneurship/Proactive/proactive/Capacity for initiatives
  • You are organized, a good planner and enjoy solving problems
  • Ambition/Dynamism/Autonomy/Integrity and Ethics
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Sense of customer service and the pursuit of excellence

 

Fluency in French is essential for this position. We will only respond to applications in French.
