INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Fastercom is looking for a person at the end of studies as part of a project to computerize and automate internal processes. The internship will consist of contributing to the implementation of a management software solution, by participating in various missions, including:
- Analysis of internal needs : Collaborate with teams to identify and understand the organization and management needs of the business.
- Study of existing business processes : Analyze business processes to adapt the software solution to operational requirements, from CRM to invoicing to project management.
- Setting up and customizing : Contribute to the configuration and adaptation of the software selected to meet the specific needs identified.
- Implementation of the solution : Implement an operational and optimized solution for the entire company by the end of the internship.
- Project management : In addition to implementing the solution, the intern may be given other tasks related to the management of customer projects.
Fastercom is a Canadian company that produces transport optimization software. The company currently manages a continuous service for a clientele spread both in Canada and Europe. Fastercom helps associations, organizations and businesses to control their road transport. The software offered by the company is part of a sustainable and economic development approach.

WANTED PROFILE
- Student in computer science, project management, or a related field.
- Interest in IT project management and software configuration.
- Analytical skills to understand and adapt internal processes.
- Ability to quickly understand the various components and logics of computer systems
- Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and motivation to work in a team
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with different teams.
- Already legally authorized to work in Canada
- Fluency in French, both oral and written.
